Torbay House
This project was part of a design lead subdivision to an existing site with a 1970's home located on a 890m2. The new dwelling was designed on only 306m2 on a triangular shaped section, the design pushed the site and the unitary plan to its limits. The result, a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with sea views from every room with a low maintenance site.
